bG Gallery is excited to be participating in the 2019 LA Art Show at Booth 701. bG Gallery will be featuring artists: Allois, Michael Mason, G.K. Austin, Natalia Berglund, Daniela Schweitzer, Shen Li, Mike Stilkey, Mike Saijo, Jack Reilly, Jimmy Reagan, Susan Lizotte, Stephanie Visser, Olympio, Gregory Horndeski, Taft McWhorter, Lionel Kahn, Al Marcano, Mike Maxwell, Gay Summer Rick, Barbara Kolo, Gestalt Projects’ Circular Cluster, Vera Arutyunyan, Dan Levin, and more to be announced.
A feature of bG’s main booth will be artworks by Malibu artist Allois, who lost her home, studio and all of her paintings except four works in the Woolsey fire. These four works will be on exhibit along with new works created by the artist since the fire. Allois’s work was a sell out success at last years LA Art Show and there has been garnering celebrity and collector collections.
The LA art show will be featuring an installation by Mike Stilkey, presented by bG Gallery. Stilkey creates sculptural painted works on discarded books. Stilkey has recently returned from creating a 25ft monumental installation in Korea after presenting at the World Economic Forum last year. He will present a giant wall of books transformed into an artwork as a Special Project wall at this years LA Art show.
Mike Saijo’s highly popular Portrait Factory will be back this year with new large scale portraits and a choreographed performance integrated into into the project. Guests will have the opportunity to workshop with the artist to create 6x6in portraits.
